How do I sign up to participate in the network serving the TRDP?The Federal Government Programs division of Delta Dental of California manages the Delta Dental Legion network, one of two Delta Dental national networks that comprise the network that services the TRDP. The Delta Dental Legion participation agreement is available to download from this web site.

 If you are interested in participating in the Delta Dental PPO/DPO network, which also serves the TRDP, please contact your local Delta Dental member company for more information.

How do I verify benefits and eligibility for my TRDP patients? There are three ways to verify benefits and eligibility for your TRDP patients:

  • Verify benefits and eligibility online using the Dental Office Toolkit®, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Use our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system at 888-838-8737 to obtain benefits and eligibility information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Call Customer Service toll-free at 888-838-8737 to speak to a representative. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
