Consumer Toolkit^® enhancements effective July 6, 2010

Beginning July 6, 2010, enrollees in the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP) will see a new look to the online Consumer Toolkit when
they first log on. Although it may appear a little different, the popular and useful self-service Consumer Toolkit remains in its current location
(www.ddfsconsumertoolkit.com) and continues with the same great features as well as some important improvements.

The most exciting improvement in the new Consumer Toolkit is the enhanced security of personal information: TRDP enrollees will now need to
register upon their initial visit to the toolkit. Once users have registered by creating a unique username and password, they can access the toolkit to
verify eligibility, check benefits and claims, or print ID cards.

Step-by-step registration instructions are located on the toolkit’s logon screen, and assistance is readily available at any time by clicking on the “Help”
area at the left side of the screen. The registration process is quick and easy to complete, yet it provides optimum assurance that our enrollees’ personal
information is safeguarded using the most advanced security features currently available.
