Flooding in Tenessee and Kentucky

Flooding in many parts of Tennessee and Kentucky as well as parts of other states has had a severe impact on many enrollees in the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP) and on the dentists who serve them. To assist these enrollees and dentists, the following emergency relief procedures have been put in place for the TRDP:

• Terminations for non-payment of premiums have been temporarily suspended for those enrollees in the affected areas.

• Enrollees who require special assistance regarding the TRDP should contact us at 888-838-8737.

• Dental offices in the affected areas that require information on submitting claims and documentation should contact us at 888-838-8737. We can also assist in rebuilding any lost records for patients enrolled in TRDP.
